Do you log your miles on a web based site?  If so where?  why?
I have been using www.netcyclist.com because it is simple and easy.  But each year there are less riders so I am waiting for them to take down the server.  I will be sad....

I use strava for e-wangathons, although I don't log all of my rides there.  I tend to just put the race part of a race and leave off the warmup-warmdown.  I leave off various training rides as well.

for tracking my actual training, I use WKO.

Garmin and Strava here. I put everything on both. Even 5 mile neighborhood strolls w/ the kids in the trailer. I like to see total miles per week/month/year/etc.

Right now I use Garmin Connect for logging and Golden Cheetah for analysis, but since I don't have power on all of my rides and races, Golden Cheetah has limited value. Once I start the offseason work I will dump Garmin Connect and start using Strava.

I used to use RunningAhead to log miles on between runs and rides plus keeping them in a spreadsheet I made. I find that the spreadsheet works better since I'm not doing any power/HR stuff. I at one point started doing my rides on strava as well but have just gotten lazy.
