Did our monthly training tri this morning. 400m swim, 16.8mile bike, 3.2 mile run. All the fast people stayed home, so I was the second person to finish (90ish people). It's a staggered start in a pool, so I'm not really sure where everyone else near me started and what an actual "place" was. Probably beat the guy that finished first, but lost to a person or two behind me who started later. No times yet, but felt great on the run.
Legs still felt pretty good afterward, but my lungs limited me on the course. Been doing lots of shorter fast stuff, especially on the bike, so I guess that's a sign I need to start going longer and build up some more endurance.
