Been suffering from some knee pain (ITBS). Been taking it easy and stretching. Ran a few days ago and it hurt a bit less. Ran today and it didn't hurt much at all. All that stretching is paying off. Not sure why I always avoid doing it.
because you were young and didn't need to. The older you get, the more important stretching becomes. In 5-10yrs you'll be doing yoga just so you can get out of bed
