I've been wondering if I consume enough or to much protein. I'm going to try and keep track for the next few days.
I did come across this formula:
1. [take]Your weight in pounds.
2. Divide your weight by 2.2 to determine your weight in kg.
3. Multiply this by 1.2 to 1.8 to determine your daily protein intake/needs in grams.
At first I thought it seemed high, but then I remebered that I drink probably 24 -16grams a day in milk, and my breakfast of greek yogurt and protein granola allegedly has 10grams. It may not be high after all.
How do you guys keep track or do you even bother?
