For my legs, I use one of these. Once a week, takes about 10 minutes. 5 minutes if I rush it but I usually miss a tint spot or two.

I always wondered how good that vibrating razor is but it still would be a lost cause to me, 2-3 days after shaving, the regrowth is/was already too apparent for my own taste because of my thick black hair.
Challenge it because it is unreachable.

I use a fancy electric razor that I bought along time ago that I had hoped would work well for my face.  As far as the "bikini zone," wax is the way to go there.

Oh and sometimes I do use a double edged safety razor as well,  which is the only thing I can use on my face, but usually the electric razor works good enough for the legs.
