Should one grease the interface between adapter cups? My evo is bb30 and I'm running a gxp crank with the adapter cups. You want the cups to spin with the BB bearings, so I wasn't sure if I should grease in there not.

You guys don't ride in the rain there, so it might not matter. I would though, otherwise i bet it starts creaking after the first time i'm out in the rain

that's what I'm trying to fix. a creak that developed after riding in wet roads/sand/grit/spray

hmm. that seems more permanent. I'm going to try and eliminate my cleats and pedal spindles from the possible-creek pool tonight.
