Going down stairs was particularly displeasant today.

I wish we could have had next weekends weather last weekend.   Highs of 87 in Bishop, 65 at South Lake.  Perfect. Instead of 45 and -20 or whatever it was.

I rode my bike uphill hard today. The pain of a hard climb is a refreshing splash of cold water vs. the slow drowning of EC climbs.
