Some context to that would be nice...

It's the time gaps last year. I don't recall everyone *****ing about the race when Nibali was running away with it, much more definitively, last year vs. Froome and SKY this year.

Maybe it happened and I don't remember.

That chart doesn't mean much.  Froome and Contador crashed out and Quintana wasn't there.  Nibali beat everybody's B team, and he didn't do it with statistically outlying times on the big climbs.

Everybody's not just making this stuff up.  Froome is strong in a statistically unlikely way.  That doesn't mean he's cheating, but showing that Nibali crushed Peraud last year doesn't really have any bearing on it.

Ross Tucker did analyze the 2014 Tour.  I remember paying some attention to it but to be honest I wasn't very interested in the Tour in general once the GC contest was over before it began.  I never thought Nibali was clean.  His Hautacam climb put him right up there with the doper times.

This was after two straight years of Sky blitzkrieg though, and lots of bull**** from Brailsford in lieu of transparancy.  I am jaded though, since I was a cycling fan back during the Postal era.  I had seen this kind of game play before and thought it wasn't likely to be real.

Had Froome stayed healthy I think we would have seen another blitz.  With Nibali capable of some pretty dopetastic performances, it would have been interesting.  It is tough to go against a whole team of supermen however.  That's the main issue with Sky, just like it was with Postal.

Geraint Thomas also was riding with a cracked pelvis.  Cav gone after day one.  That tour was even more of a downer than this one.  Sagan has been the big breath of fresh air.

What G and GC said.  Also today was exciting, Bardet descending was fun to watch, glad he finally won a stage after a ****ty start.
