Sorry to hear.  If you feel like a fish, I hope you don't smell like a fish at least :D

"rode" 20 min on the trainer until I had to stop for a coughing fit.

Then when I walked up the stairs I got dizzy.

But I went to work.

Rode with some teammates, one of them got cold so we cut off a bit from our loop, I started to ride again to knock out the hour I had left and... It promptly started snowing. I just rode home the short way at that point.
Do you think we're gonna make it? / I don't know unless we try / you could sit here scared to move / or we could take them by surprise

Compared to the weather we've had this year, today was an absolute beauty.

Went to the docs in the morning and was told I have bronchitis, it was the first Thursday Night crit of the year and I brought all my cycling stuff to work, so I went after.  It was very windy and colder than expected/forecasted.  People were OTB after the 2nd lap a few laps later a small group of heavy hitters rolled OTF, I stayed in the 2nd group, half of which were tards who didn't know how to rotate, a little more than halfway in I got a really bad asthma attack and had to return to the car for my rescue inhaler :(  Game over - http://www.strava.com/activities/122484273

didn't feel like riding this morning. so i didn't. waking up super early before work the past two days to ride has be wiped out. i also registered for a stage race in 4 weeks because a) it was my early season goal before the injury and b) reg was almost filled for the 3/4. i'm doomed.

You can be the strongest guy in the field but if you don't know how to use it, when to use it, and have the b*lls to use it at the right time, you'll lose.

Time to resurrect this thread...

I failed that workout so hard. Under dressed, couldn't get into any sort of groove, breathing absolutely sucked, adductors in both legs tightened up and hurt.

I don't know if you can call it a failure if you just plain don't ride your bike for 3 weeks as I did after TOAD with Colorado looming...but this shows what I also like to call the "Colorado Rebound".
