I registered for a race on 2/26. Time to work on getting back that top 10% of my ftp that I seem to have lost.
Last weekend was 180 miles/15k climbing and 600TSS. This weekend is 3 days, aiming for 200/18k/750.
Using the weeks right now to recover, do short intervals and commutes.
My race is still as a 5, so I'm hoping no one takes it seriously and they let me win.
