super easy last night..legs didnt want to pedal much harder than super easy, so its what I did.


3x10 @ FTP tonight.

3:45 today...OUTSIDE.


Most of which was a group ride.  Hit some numbers today that I havent seen in a while, which is promising considering its only January

2x20 sweet spot with 30 second bursts at ~120%.


Felt pretty good.


Except when my cleat loosened up and nearly fell off of my shoe  :wha:

2:15 tempo today...actually felt really good. 





Just so happened I was really close to this at the end, so I used the cool down to get the rest of the miles for the jersey

20 minute tests suck on the trainer...


277 for 20 minutes.  This is my best 20 minute test by 2 watts
