Between moving and the holidays, my riding routine is off..fitness feels way off also.  Need to get into some sort of schedule, especially with the new year coming up, so I can get back into training mode.

With that said...I may or may not be riding ~80 miles tomorrow.

My local bike shop (who is the shop sponsor for the team next year) has been doing some cool stuff lately.  A couple weeks ago they did a fat bike demo/time trial.  They made a course in the park and on the sledding hill, and you can go out and test out the fat bikes and do a timed hot lap.  I wasnt able to make it the first time, but now that I live half a mile from the shop and the park they had the ride at, I rode over to it today and played with the fat bike.

More climbing the 3 times i went up that hill than I have all year long.  Also, fat bikes are a lot of fun.

Just a general observation and question but there's this Facebook group where people of my town try to sell their old useless crap and it seems to be a competition to write as badly as possible. Is it normal that I feel overly irritated over that?

It's extremely normal for you as an intelligent person to feel that way.

Pretty much. People are stupid.

Still you'd think since half of the freaking town is onto this FB group, you would care enough to at least write ''correctly'' I can understand a typo here and there, I'm not exactly better I think but most are like that  ''Luking for a car, as to be 4wd, 400hp+, lss then 3 yer old and undr 3000, low mls wud u guy gut four sail?'' except in french but it feels like that. And then you have an even dumber dude offering a friggin pontiac sunfire or his momma's ass as if it even fitted the ridiculous description.

Now, I'm kind of glad I'll be moving to another town soon... at least this time I won't make the mistake of joining this kind of group and this way, at least, I won't believe half the town is either high or too dumb to spell their own name.

Sorry for the rant. It has to happen once in a while I guess.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I am willing to bet the new town will have the same type of people...

My wife has sold a lot of the kids stuff on a FB group like that, just before christmas she was selling something, this young lady said she would buy it and stop over by 8:30pm to grab it.  At 9:45 she knocks on the door, typical, white trash 20yo girl getting something for her daughter for christmas, I opened the door, looked at her, looked at my watch, then back at her, without saying a word, she was like "haha sorry I'm a little late".

The flip side, we sold some play kitchen to a young woman from a near by run down local town, she showed up, was so thankful and appreciative and thrilled to be getting a gift for her young daughter, I was like, ah just give me $10 instead of $50 and have a Merry Christmas, she was so thankful.

Yeah, I would be more than happy to help too but sometimes you have some jerks, there was this lady who said she'll giveaway some old appliances to someone in need, some dude picked them up and the day after he was trying to sell them at a good price, you should have seen the backlash lol.
