Started off a little too fast the first ~half mile and had to slow down the rest of the run...decided to do ~4 miles of running.

Went up to the group run...so many hot chicks run.  Need to get them on the bike  :D

Now I don't think my hip likes running...had little "pings" of pain start up at about ~2 miles in and last until the end of the run.  Super frustrating.

IME there are way more hotter chics that run vs cycling.

As I said, you should take a few weeks off running and cycling to let your hip heal.

I was supposed to meet the local running crew this morning but I woke with a migraine and had to go back to bed  :(

I have a dr appointment next week.  I'm pretty sure there is still something going on and rest wont help it if it is what I think it is at this point...

And hotter.  I'd say the ratio of hot to not is higher, of the two running groups I've run with, I'd say at least half are pretty good looking.  I've seen probably a total of 3 good looking women I've ridden with, two I can think of and I am sure there might be another.  And I've seen Erica Allar at some races, she's hot.

So that means there were more attractive women on the last group run, then every ride combined + Erica Allar.  Y, you live in California, there is probably more attractive cyclists out there.

Ran yesterday, 4 miles @ 10:47/mile.  Need to get used to the cooler air again..had a rough time most of the run with my breathing.

   pic looks awesome.

I planned to ride my CX bike but had to work in the morning and coach soccer at noon so I could only squeeze in a trail run, which was awesome.  Definitely chilly tho - http://www.strava.com/activities/203591668

Got stuck for 3 light cycles as the ambulance went by as I was waiting at a red light, got to the group run right at 5:45 but they already left. A woman arrived 2 seconds after me, we chatted for a minute then she asked if I wanted to run with her, I did.  She was fast, I was hurting, she was talking the whole time, I was breathing heavy, I was humbled.  I feel absolutely exhausted right now, it was a good start to the day - http://www.strava.com/activities/205553262
