Pace includes a 5' warm-up and 3' cool-down (walking), so I'm pretty pleased with myself!

Only 20 minutes tonight on the treadmill.  Had to stop because it was difficult to breath out of my nose.  I think its because the house has been so dry lately

Judging from your recent times it was a strong, short workout.

Judging from your recent times it was a strong, short workout.

I was on the treadmill.

I can run longer and faster on that than I can outside, so I try to do only 1/3 treadmill and 2/3 outside.

There were just as many google hits for "why do I run faster outside than on a treadmill," so who knows.  :help:
