I was ok for the first 2 miles, then I was just answering her questions.  I was so tired from that run I had to take a 30 min nap at lunch time  :o

Almost did a full second loop, but cut out the roundabout.  Once my breathing got under control (like 25 minutes in) it actually wasnt that bad.  I blame that on running the first half mile or so too fast trying to keep up with the hot runner chicks.

30 minutes at 10% incline... finally.

I've appointed myself Billy Bad A** for the day. :D

Can't touch this.

And hotter.  I'd say the ratio of hot to not is higher, of the two running groups I've run with, I'd say at least half are pretty good looking.  I've seen probably a total of 3 good looking women I've ridden with, two I can think of and I am sure there might be another.  And I've seen Erica Allar at some races, she's hot.

So that means there were more attractive women on the last group run, then every ride combined + Erica Allar.  Y, you live in California, there is probably more attractive cyclists out there.

I dunno, I think female cyclist have nicer cabooses.

I haven't been on a run in about 4 months. However, it was 68 degrees at lunchtime and the Allez is up for the season (salty roads), so I strapped on the Nikes. :)

I ran today, was all set to ride but it started raining and since I must limit my risks, I decided it was best if I did not venture out in slippery conditions.  I was running off and on over the winter, in the beginning of april I hurt my hip, probably from going to fast and too long, too soon, so after weeks of stretching and strengthening my hip adductors, I started back, treadmill first and slow, like 9:40 - 10:00 min miles.  Today I ran outside, 4.1 miles, 9:48 min pace.  I felt good, but I wish I was able to ride my bike.

Been running ~3 days a week lately with the rapidly declining after work daylight making it harder to get rides in.

Last night I did the group run and made 2 loops..first 10k run

I may not be very fast (I was the last one done and there were only 2 or 3 people hanging out in the running store when I was done) but im happy with it.

Running is still dumb, just not as dumb as it used to be.
