I ran thursday evening for a little over 3 miles. I was going to run this morning, but my legs are fatigued from a bike ride last night. Maybe tomorrow.

Somewhere between 4 and 4.5 miles outside today. I didn't wear a sportswatch so I don't really know.

I ran yesterday, on the treadmill, holding in for dear life. Basically the usual.

Way back in the winter, I signed up for a 10K run. The run is tomorrow. I haven't run in a month. This will be interesting.
