The guy with the orange rubber face must be *extra* fast.
Nice work Jen, real swimming is pretty hard, until you get the stroke down, more form than anything.
In the winters of 2009 - 2010, I swam 2x/wk at the local Y pool. They have a masters swim group and 1 dude helped me out and taught me how to swim for real. I really enjoyed it, however, I got many sinus infections. This past fall, I swam a few times and got the sinus infection after each time, long story short, apparently you can be allergic to/highly affected by chlorine. I know a guy who used to work in the aquatics dept. there, he tells me the Y uses a ton of chlorine as the pool gets more use then designed, even the locker room reeks of chlorine daily.
This past winter I did not go to the Y once, the amount of sinus infections dramatically decreased but I did not swim. I wish I could swim in the winter, sigh.
