Damn. Thanks for killing me. Just when I think I'm swimming decent splits.
That was interesting. Started with a warm up and then we did a 100 for speed analysis. The instructor put me in the 2:00 group for 10 x 100. After the second I was moved to the 2:30 and I still barely did them. God help me I am in trouble.
