My alma mater's flyer split a 21.6 in the 50 fly leg of the medley relay. Mind. Blown. Anyhow, as you were.

He'd score points at a D1 conference meet, so...he's a stud. I need to get back in a pool and figure out if i can still swim fly after i blew up my collarbone. I'm assuming I can, I think the flexibility is back, but I'm not sure.

I have my first actual coached swim session tonight.  The only swim lesson I had was when I was tought to swim at the age of 3.  This should be interesting.

That was interesting.  Started with a warm up and then we did a 100 for speed analysis.  The instructor put me in the 2:00 group for 10 x 100.  After the second I was moved to the 2:30 and I still barely did them.  God help me I am in trouble.

You should have to suffer through being passed by guys double your weight who gave up on actually training after they stopped swimming in college.

any idea if there are good swim training to do in one of those backyard swimming pool?
Challenge it because it is unreachable.
