I swam again yesterday, I will go tomorrow too.
I really am still amazed at how silly hard combining everything and getting a rhythm is.
Breathing bilaterally : weakness #1. but can do it when I focus on it alone.
Catch and pull can be surprisingly efficient when I focus on it and do it properly, I mean, wow, I can catch up on my friend who's halfway in the pool before he reaches the other end (me with a pull buoy). (he swam a lot more than me but really never focused on technique, just doing a lot of lenghts by himself)
Kicking alone, I did beat my friend too at that by over 10seconds on a 25yard sprint so I believe I'm somewhat okay there too.
I manage to not get my legs to sink stupidly too it helps a lot but when it comes to making all of those combine into one and just swim. ahahah. Failure!
I like forget to kick or breath/exhale whatever and then I realize and focus on breathing or kicking and forget to do any roll with my whole body so I'm just so un-smooth and I know it my arms are just flailing like I was an idiot and I then stop breathing entirely *yells*
