@grumpy Did you get the saddle from an lbs, or did you just order it and hope it worked planning to send it back if it didn't?
Do you think we're gonna make it? / I don't know unless we try / you could sit here scared to move / or we could take them by surprise

I ordered it direct from Cobb.  I liked it immediately.  He has a pretty liberal return policy though.

Grump, what's the diff between the Slice 5/4/3 models other than parts?  And does the High Mod share the same mold?

I think I am going to be totally useless as an answerer to these questions since I built this one up from a frameset.  My educated guess is that they have only one mold though.

Here is the TT rig with the new paint job.  Usually has my C2 Stinger 90 on the front but I haven't mounted the tire yet. Ridley Dean, Chorus drive train. 3T Ventus with custom bend extensions.

Sadly this is bike racing and not everyone gets a pony.

Jeebus, Herbie, did you hit the lottery or something? I've always liked Jamis bikes. Solid.

Loving wife.

It was a left over '09 that I picked up last year from a friend who became a Jamis dealer.  I paid nothing close to what they cost.

That Jamis tested really well in the tunnel.  In 09 when the Dean was 'the' bike the Jamis was only slightly behind and even at retail it was quite a bit less expensive.

update, because I got a new base bar/levers, a lower position and because the TT forum needs some activity.
